CHRISTMAS 2018 RETURNS

We understand that items purchased in December may be for someone else as a gift for Christmas therefore we have extended our returns policy over the festive period. Items purchased online only as gifts from 1st December 2018 can be returned to Bronx up until Monday 7th of January 2019. Exclusions apply. Our conditions of return and standard refund terms & conditions still apply. *Please note: Extended returns does not apply to items purchased in store. For further information regarding returns policies for Bronx Clothing retail stores please ask in store.


Bronx guarantees your full satisfaction in the goods you have ordered. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you may return any goods purchased within 14 days from the date on which you received them from Bronx.


CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or knives. We advise you not to wear makeup, perfume, deodrant or antiperspirant which could leave marks or stains on products. Be mindful that goods must be fit for resale.

You will not be able to return any goods unless all the following conditions have been met:

1. All goods to be returned must be shipped back to the Bronx returns address (please see below) within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you.
2. The returned goods must be sent to Bronx in a single delivery. Bronx reserves the right not to accept returned goods belonging to a single order that are returned at different times or in separate packages;
3. The goods must be returned to Bronx in their original packaging; all product labels & tags must be in tact and attached as the item was shipped to you;
4. The goods must be returned to Bronx in their original condition;
5. The goods must not have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in any way; and
6. The returns form must be completed in full and sent along inside the package with the returned goods.

If the returns conditions are met, the customer care team will process your refund or exchange. In cases whereby a refund is required you will be refunded the price you paid for the product (excluding any discounts or discount codes used, see below for further info). Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item you purchased is faulty or an incorrect item was sent to you. You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to us and under no circumstances will any of theses costs be refunded by Bronx.

You are responsible for the goods arriving to our returns address safely. Customers are advised to send returns back to us via recorded delivery or special insured delivery. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by Bronx for any reason, you will be notified of the reasons for this within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by us you may choose to have the goods re-delivered to you at your own expense. A member of the customer care team will liaise with you if this is the case.
If you refuse the above delivery, Bronx reserves the right to retain the goods returned and all the sums paid for your purchase of the goods in full.

 

REFUND TIMESCALES

After Bronx has received the returned goods and checked that the goods comply with the above requirements, you will receive an email to notify you that the retuned goods have been accepted and a refund has been processed.

We aim to process all exchanges or refunds within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) of Bronx receiving your parcel.
The time period for you receiveing the refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the goods depends on the terms of payment used:

Payments by credit/debit card - Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies but this is usually credited within 3 to 7 working days.

Payment by PayPal/Worldpay/SecPay - Refunds will be credited to your online account as soon as possible. However, the actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your online account depends on the credit card company that issued the card.

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment for the goods and to that person’s credit/debit card or their online account.

 

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

If you wish to exchange an item please do so within 14 days of your order by completing the returns form enclosed with your order and return to us at the returns address below.

You will be responsible for all costs incurred by you in returning the goods to us and also all costs incurred by Bronx in shipping the new exchanged goods out to you. These are costs are defined by the shipping terms from Bronx and can be found on the Delivery page. Under no circumstances will any of theses costs be refunded by Bronx.

We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Bronx are not liable for the cost of returning the goods.
